JKR Consult - who we are

JKR Consult AS is a Norway-based pharmaceutical commercial consultancy providing flexible, senior-level support across sales, launches and key account activities — without adding permanent headcount.

JKR Consult was founded by Jan Kristian Rødstøl to give pharmaceutical and healthcare companies direct access to experienced, hands-on commercial expertise through either project-based assignments or longer-term engagements.

Through JKR Consult, companies gain a self-sufficient commercial resource who integrates quickly into their organisation and delivers from day one.

Jan Kristian Rødstøl

Jan Kristian Rødstøl has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Norway and the Nordics, with senior commercial roles in several global pharmaceutical companies.

His background includes positions at Indivior, Merck, Biogen, Lundbeck, Eli Lilly and LEO Pharma, spanning a wide range of therapy areas and commercial models. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with sales, medical, marketing and market access teams to drive commercial performance in highly regulated markets.
